• Whether the power is out entirely or only in part of the building
• Whether anything smells hot or looks burnt, which moves you to the front of the line
• Whether the main breaker is off, and whether it will reset
• Which breaker is tripping, and what is running when it trips
• Whether the neighbors are out too, which usually means it is Delmarva, not you
• Roughly how old the house is
• Whether the panel is a fuse box or breakers
• Whether you own or rent, since landlords sometimes need to be the one calling
• Whether this is tonight or whether it can hold until a weekday
• For an estimate: what you want added, and where the panel is
• For an EV charger: the car, and how far the garage is from the panel
• For an inspection: the age of the house and the report, if you have one
• For a business: the move-in date or inspection date, if there is one

Yes. Office hours are weekdays, 8am to 4pm. Emergencies reach a person any hour, weekends included.

Northern Delaware and Southern Pennsylvania. The towns we work in most often: Wilmington, New Castle, Bear and Hockessin in Delaware. Kennett Square, Glen Mills, Media and West Chester in Pennsylvania. If you are outside the area, we will usually know somebody closer.
